After living in our large family home of 35 years, it came time for me to move on. Being a widow for 2 ½ years, I no longer wanted the responsibility of a big house and garden, so I started looking at townhouses around the city. What I saw made my heart sink. They were all either too small, shoddily built or greatly overpriced. There was really nothing that suited my family needs.

I thought I would be stuck in my house forever. Then I started visiting the Cobblestone Gate site. The first time I saw it, it was just at the skeleton stage, but I could see that the configuration would be perfect for me. Over the summer I watched the model home come together, and finally it reached the point where it had everything I needed. There was no comparison with anything I had seen before. The rooms were spacious and bright, and the home was large enough to house my family when they visit.

The construction was excellent, there was plenty of insulation, beautiful wood molding throughout, exquisite wood flooring, and the workmanship throughout the house was top notch. I HAD to have it. I put my home up for sale and bought the model. I have never looked back. The PBG team has been the best and easy to work with and very accommodating. It seems as that my wish is their command. I feel very lucky to have been able to move into this community.

As this was the first home we built, we expected it to be a stressful and overwhelming experience. However, with the professional guidance of Tony, Anthony, and Orhan, the process of building our home became a pleasant and exciting experience. They were, at all times, accommodating to our needs and attentive to all details. We are extremely pleased with our new home and highly recommend PBG as premium homebuilders.

We lived in our past home for 40 years, so moving anywhere was going to be a wrench! We looked around at different complexes both in St. Catharines and outside, and once we saw Cobblestone Gates future plans, it was easy to make a decision. They were accommodating to our suggestions when and where applicable.

They seem to have where they build a top priority. Where there is a choice of material the quality is always good. The tradesmen they use produce top workmanship. If the landscaping is on a par with neighboring High Point (which they also built), were expecting another superior plus for choosing Cobblestone Gate.

My husband and I made a major decision to downsize from a custom built home, which we lived in for 32 years, to go into a condo complex. We certainly had certain expectations to suit our own lifestyle and a quality builder, workmanship and location were all our priorities. We looked at many condo complexes and spoke to numerous builders and we were greatly disappointed with the quality of workmanship and the space of different condo complexes.

We were given the name of Premium Building Group and then purchased a new project they were going to develop. It certainly has been a wonderful experience working with them. Anthony has been very accommodating in our decision-making, regarding any changes to our condo, and the quality of workmanship has been next to none. We are very happy that we choose Premium Building Group and highly recommend them to anyone making this transition. They are superb builders.

"After not finding our perfect home among the exisiting homes on the market at the time. my wife and I decided to build. Although we had already heard some positive comments about the Continelli's (the builder), we had no previous connection with them.

We were more than pleasantly suprised. We found Premium Building Group unlike any other builders with both Anthony and Tont Continelli becoming involved in a lot of the work themselevs. We were particularly impressed with the quality of workmanship and the eye to details given. For Example, the poured foundation was reinforced with extra rebar footings. The floors were glued, nailed (and when the framing and drywall was completed), sanded and screwed. Attention was given to create flawlessly smooth, straight walls; it was obvious to us that the Continelli's set high standards for their projects.

Perhaps becasue their familiarity with every aspect of the building process, they were able to offer us assistance in the many decisions inherent to building a home, and we found there advice to reflect both innovation and flexibility. The results are evident in a home we both feel privileged to come home to after four years.

Finally, both my wife and I found Anthony and Tony to be very personable and considerate, greatly reducing the stress that is often associated with building. It is without reservation that we would recommend Premium Building Group to others considering building a home."

Peter & Laura

In November 2008, my wife Laura and I finalized the purchase of a bungalow condominium at 409 Niagara Street, St. Catharines.

Throughout the time period of July to November 2008, we were in dialogue with personnel including the builder. The discussions were characterized by calrity, thoroughness and professionalism.

Parameters were given, but we were permitted considerable lattitude in having personal preferences realized in the interior of our home. Information was given, questions were answered and matters attended to promptly.

We enjoy our residence. The builder and associated staff established an environment of professional friendship wherein mutual trust and credibility fostered.

Being a widow, I decided my present house was to large and cumbersome for me to look after. In searching for a new home I had almost given up , when I found "Woodfield Lane" . What could have been for me a terrifying experience turned out to be a very pleasing and satisfactory one. Due to Anthony , and the rest of the PBG team everything possible was done by them to make a delightful transition. There is not a thing lacking in the construction of my home. No request seemed to bother them, including the furnishings.

Thank you PBG for giving a senior citizen a peace of mind.
